Bonhommes en pain d'épice

Étape 1 :
Préchauffer le four à 160°C.

Étape 2 :
Tamiser les ingrédients secs.

Étape 3 :
Ajouter le beurre ramolli et battre jusqu'à obtention d'un mélange sableux.

Étape 4 :
Incorporer l'oeuf battu et le miel et travailler jusqu'à ce que la pâte forme une boule.

Étape 5 :
Sur un plan légèrement fariné, étaler la pâte sur 1/2 cm d'épaisseur.

Étape 6 :
Découper des bonshommes à l'aide d'un emporte-pièce.

Étape 7 :
Déposer les biscuits sur une plaque recouverte d'une feuille de cuisson en silicone.

Étape 8 :
Faire cuire 7 min environ, le temps que les biscuits commencent à dorer.

Étape 9 :
A la sortie du four, les laisser refroidir sur la plaque pendant quelques instants. Il faut faire attention car ils sont fragiles tant qu'ils sont chauds.

Étape 10 :
Préparer un glaçage : battre un blanc en neige et ajouter progressivement du sucre glace. Le mélange devient crémeux et assez épais.
Utiliser une poche à douille pour décorer les bonshommes avec le glaçage.
